Terms of Service

Welcome to eFrenzconnect series ( e.g. eFrenzconnect, eFrenzconnect Human Resource, eFrenzconnect for Learning Development, eFrenzconnect Education, eFrenzconnect Health and Wellness, eFrenzconnect Food and Drink, eFrenzconnect Travel n Living ) of  weblog  (the "Services") of Elfron International Limited (the "Proprietor"). Your use of any of the Services ( Service ) is subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS"). BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THE PROPRIETOR IS NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. The  Proprietor reserves the right to update and change the TOS from time to time without notice or acceptance by you. 

The eFrenzconnect  feeds in the RSS format are provided free of charge for use by individuals, as long as the feeds are used for such individual’s personal, non-commercial use.  Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, users of eFrenzconnect’s RSS news feeds may display only the  eFrenzconnect news headlines included as part of the eFrenzconnect RSS news feeds on web sites they own and control for access by end users of such web sites as long as (i) each such headline is hyperlinked directly to the associated full story on the eFrenzconnect  web site at www.efrenzconnect.com, which full story may, in eFrenzconnect’s sole discretion, require member registration on eFrenzconnect  prior to access and display, (ii) each such headline displayed on the web sites of users of eFrenzconnect’s RSS news feeds includes proper attribution to  eFrenzconnect , and (iii) you do not sell the eFrenzconnect  headlines or retransmit, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate or commercially exploit the eFrenzconnect  headlines in any manner except as expressly permitted herein without the express written consent of Elfron International Limited.., and you do not use the information for any unlawful purpose.  Elfron International Limited reserves the right to require you to cease using the eFrenzconnect  headlines from these feeds at any time and for any reason. 

Attribution to eFrenzconnect  must be provided in connection with your use of the feeds. If you provide this attribution in text, please use: "eFrenzconnect ". If you provide this attribution with a graphic, please use the eFrenzconnect  logo that we have included  / may have included in the feed itself.

Elfron International Limited and its licensors reserve all rights in and to the eFrenzconnect  trademark and the eFrenzconnect  logo, and your right to use the eFrenzconnect  trademark and logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with the RSS feeds provided by eFrenzconnect .

We are also including the author of each individual news story in the feed alongside each headline. Please do not alter this for display. 

Elfron International Limited   and its licensors also reserve all rights in and to the eFrenzconnect news feeds (and all content included therein), including but not limited to United States and or Singapore copyright law and international treaties. Elfron International Limited  also reserves the right to require you to cease accessing and using these feeds at any time for any reason.

 

By using the eFrenzconnect  RSS news feed, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth above as well as those in the Terms of Service. eFrenzconnect  reserves the right to modify these RSS Terms of Use and the Terms of Service referenced above from time to time and without notice.
